If you are new to the Siberians Husky and looking for information, looking for your first Siberian Husky, if you are a breeder considering new breeding stock, or even if you just like to look at pictures of Siberian Huskies, this is the page for you. This page is to pay respect to the breeders who's dogs and accomplishments rank high in my favor. When I consider getting a dog, these are the first places that I would look.

Seppala Kennel

I highly recommend that anyone interested in Siberian Husky history, or working with your Siberian, may want to pay a visit to the site of Siberian Guru J. Jeffery Bragg. In Bragg's site, he covers everything from genetics to training, and everything in between. Jeffery has the distinction of having the most genetically isolated, yet untapped strain of High percentage and pure Seppalas. Jeffery's dogs have no race titles, but they live the life of real working dogs, as well as treasured companions.

Sepp-Alta Kennel

This is the website of racing Seppala Siberian Sled Dog pioneers Doug Willett and Patty Carpenter. While in Montana I had the opportunity to slip away from my handler job for one night and one night only to visit the home of Sepp-Alta Kennel. In a twist of ironic fate I was able to spend the night in their home and meet their majestic athletes, ..... while they were away at a race. Anyone interested in competitive Seppalas in the lower 48, this kennel is worth a look.

Howling Spirit

These dogs are the Seppala speed demons of the UP area. The Ruhl Family, has a sweet and gentle nature with their dogs, that have made them an absolute joy in my kennel. Their dogs feature some of the top racing lines in the world. Imported bloodlines from Germany and Norway, as well as fairly high % Seppala bloodlines, make them unique purebreds with hybrid vigor.

Mishawum Kennel

New Hampshire mushers Rhonda and Bob O'hearn, focus on purebred Siberians with a partial Seppala Lineage. They are driven to produce highly disciplined mid distance dogs. Although their main emphasis is on the sled function, they are able to brag that they have a dog that if off-leash safe ( Mischa ), and will recall from quite a distance.
